Know before you go
- Dune Buggy Dubai tour takes place in the Red sand desert, the Lehbab desert, Al Badayer, Hatta road.Â
- Â Your activity includes pick up and drop off in a shared vehicle.
-  If you want to go with a Private pick-up, then you'll pay extra for a Private car. Â
- Desert buggies are not inshured, in case of accidents or damage the buggy, you will be able to pay damaging cost.
- If an accident occurs while driving the Dune Buggy, you will be responsible for it; the company will not be held responsible.
- We recommend comfortable clothing for the dune Buggy Ride, including comfortable dressing and comfortable shoes.
- All guests must wear running shoes, Flip-flops, or any other closed shoes.
Age Policy
- The minimum age of driver is 15 years.
- 1-14 years of children can join the activity as non-drivers.
Cancellation Policy
- We are aware that plans are subject to change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your activity if they do. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of your activity, we will not be able to issue refunds.
- Your reservation must be fully paid for at least two days before your activity. Your activity may be terminated if payment is not received by the scheduled date.
- In rare cases, we might have to change the Dune Buggy Adventure timetable or call off the event completely. In such cases, we reserve the right to modify and cancel events, and we will make every effort to notify you of any changes beforehand.
- In the event of unsuitable weather, the Dune Buggy Adventure may be canceled. Activities may be canceled or changed due to inclement weather, even though we make every effort to prepare for it beforehand.
